Name Challenge

This challenge will go on forever (or as long as I will be reading and blogging, anyway).  This is a personal challenge, so to speak.  I will be listing down all the books that have my name as one of the characters, no matter how minor or insignificant this character might be.  As you might know (or might not), my name is pretty unique, for a girl.  I haven't met anyone with the same name as mine and don't really see my name used in the printed word or in movies.

My name is EZRAH.  Yes, it has an H in the end.  I guess my parents wanted it to look girly, or whatever.  And yes, it is a male name.  *sigh*

Everneath by Brodi Ashton

Character Name: Ezra
Role: insignificant
About:  Convenience store clerk that does not give any info to Nikki.
Thoughts:  I love (insert sarcasm here) that he looks like a greasy haired teenager that doesn't give a sh*t that peeps from the underworld appear and disappear in the store.

Monthly Mini: March TBR

A new month is here!  I'm pretty excited this much as this month marks our 5th wedding anniversary!  I still can't believe that we made it to 5 years.  This marks 11 years of us being together.  Anyway, on to my list.

I saw Beautiful Creatures on the Big Screen last month and I was intrigued.  The movie was pretty meh for me but the premise of the whole series caught my attention.  Plus, the series was discounted during the movie premiere week so I bought my copy.

I also bought By Love Unveiled by Sabrina Jeffries which I had already pre-ordered last year. I am almost done with the whole book and I am loving it, so far!

I started The Bride Wore Pearls by Liz Carlyle earlier this month but I have put it on hold as of now. I wasn't captured by this book as I had hoped.  I am still waiting for the right mood to read this.

I also signed up for NetGalley and got two egalleys: Lover Be Mine by Nicole Jordan and A Woman Entangled by Cecilia Grant.  I will be reviewing these two and will read Lover Be Mine next.

Lastly, I borrowed Passion by Lauren Kate from the library.  Haven't I just mentioned that I ♥ the Public Library?  Being able to borrow ebooks is awesome!  I am not really as excited to read this book since I didn't like the previous one but I just want to finish the whole series.

I am crossing my fingers and hoping for the best this month.  Hopefully, I will be able to read at least half of these books!  On the good side, I am almost done with ONE!

Oh and yeah, I have to say that I failed the February Mini Challenge.

What is on your March TBR list?

Monthly Mini: TBR February

It's February and it's the month where two hearts beat as one.  Okay, so that sounded so corny but hey, you are allowed to be corny during Valentine's Day right? Right.

Anywho, what better way to start the month with a mini challenge.  This month, I will be reading and reviewing four books on my TBR shelf.  Of course, all of them are romance themed so it does work in to the season.

Well, what are you guys planning to read this monh?

Book Challenge: A Year of Romance

I am quite intrigued about reading challenges!  Last year, I did a challenge over at Goodreads and did not follow through.  This year, though I am back with a vengeance.  See, I love to read, and despite reading a lot of books last year, I did not log it anywhere at all.  My Goodreads account was basically...dead.  In fact, my blogs where dead.  I guess, I was just too lazy to update and to blog in the last couple of years since starting real work.  But whatever the reason why my online persona became silent, it has decided to overtake me and be quite active this time around.

I decided on doing my own personal challenge, despite having my Goodreads 2013 Reading Challenge (read 100 books in one year) I am going to do A Year of Romance challenge that I found at The Challenge Factory Group listed in Goodreads.  I am going to be overly ambitious and try to read and review a minimum of 6 books/novels in 13 different sub-genres!  I am sweating now as I type...  that is about 78 books!  Craaaaaazzzzzy!  But anywho, I will try to go through with this.

Here are my chosen sub-g's.  I will be updating this as I go along throughout the year.
